Hazel Varca Obituary

Hazel Lea Varca, 83 of Lumberport, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at United Hospital Center. She was born on September 8, 1941 in Sutton, WV, daughter of the late Orval and Hattie Shaw Davis.

Hazel is survived by her son, Mark Varca of Lumberport.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Varca; siblings, Harold Davis, Harley Davis, Darrell Davis, Allen Davis, Buryl Davis and Zelma Ice.

Hazel was Christian by faith and loved the Lord, she counseled many of her friends and family leading them to the Lord. She worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for several local companies.
