Harold Lee Burton

Harold Lee Burton, 51, of Lumberport, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at his residence. He was born on April 26, 1973 in Clarksburg, WV a son of Carol Ann Trader Burton of Lumberport and the late Harold Eugene Burton.

Harold graduated from Lincoln High School. He was a beloved father, brother, son, and uncle. In Harold’s younger days he worked in landscaping, the cable company, and Sandy’s Hardware. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother, Harold is also survived by one daughter, Aurora Burton of Rock Camp; one sister, Edna Burton Johnson and husband Donnie of Lumberport; step son, David Lee Shaw of Rock Camp; two nieces, Kimberly O’Dell and husband Christopher and Donna Johnson and companion Bobby Richter; great nieces and nephews, Alyssa O’Dell, Christopher O’Dell, Jr., Layla Richter; several cousins, Joanetta Barker of Clarksburg, Rotena Workman of Clarksburg, Rosemary Baldwin of Wallace, and Lawrence Leroy Burton, Jr. of Mannington, whom he loved spending time with.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00noon with Pastor Nate Moore officiating.
