Harley Thomason Obituary

Harley Richard Thomason, 75 of Weston passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at United Hospital Center. Harley was born July 1, 1945 in Cassity, WV, son of late Lovey Damel Thomason.

Harley graduated from Coalton High School. He worked as a laborer and right of way maintenance for Gas Line Services. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bird watching and loved spending time with his family.

Harley is survived by his wife, Karen Kay Hawkins Thomason; four children, Richard Thomason and Tammy, Roanoke, Cindy Gibson and Chuck, Weston, Kimberly Gibson, Myakka City, FL, Rex Thomason and Tina, Linn; seven grandchildren, Crystal, Melissa, Austin, Caleb, Anngelica, Kristyn, and Cheyenne; one great grandson, Braden; one sister, Flora Hamric and John, Normantown; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, Harley is preceded in death by one granddaughter, Tesla, two angel grandbabies in infancy; two sisters, Vera Lipscomb and Carol Moss; son-in-law, Donnie Gibson.
