Gayle Ann (Griffen) Davis

Gayle Ann Davis, 65, of Reynoldsville passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025 at United Hospital Center.  She was born on February 19, 1960 in Oil City, PA a daughter of the late William Edward Griffen Sr and Carol Ann Strain Griffen. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Charles “Tony” Anthony Davis whom she married on July 22, 1986. She is also survived by on son, Branden Anthony Davis (Brittney Moore) Clarksburg; five grandchildren, Brayden, Oakley, Juniper, Mossy, and Brier; one sister, Susan Blair (Keith Matthews) Franklin, PA; three sisters-in-law, Bobbi Griffen, Lisa McMullen, and Becky Crawford; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, Gayle is preceded in death by three brothers, William “Billy” Griffen Jr, Scott A Griffen and Core M Griffen. Gayle graduated from Rocky Grove High School, Class of 1978. She was a caregiver to many over the years. She enjoyed playing bingo, collecting owls, dancing, swimming and spending time with her family.
