Garry Lee Knapp

Garry Lee Knapp, 65, of Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 at his home.  He was born on June 18, 1960 in Clarksburg, a son of the late Virgil and Iona Clifton Knapp.           

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kitty Watson Knapp, whom he married on June 13, 2004.

He is also survived by two children, Timothy McCullough of Clarksburg and Amber McCullough also of Clarksburg; five grandchildren, Khaleesia, Jaxx, Bella and Lola Knapp and Serenity Halterman and husband Daiton; one brother, Jim Knapp and one sister, Patty Swiger.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son, Jonathan McCullough and one brother, Larry Knapp.

Garry was a skilled mechanic and loved building hot rods. He found joy in riding motorcycles and camping. Garry had a great sense of humor and could always make other people laugh. He had a tough exterior but a soft heart. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and will be remembered for his kind heart, strength and generous spirit.  

Family will receive friends at the Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr. Rt. 98, Clarksburg on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 PM with Pastor Bob Marino officiating.
