Franklin “Frank” “Head” Zane Gray, Jr., of Mannington, WV, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at his residence surrounded by family. He was born in Fairmont, WV on May 26, 1957, the son of the late Franklin Zane Gray Sr and Pauline Francis Toland Gray.

Frank worked as a construction worker for many years. He loved football, especially WVU Mountaineer Football. He also enjoyed walking and riding his bike. He was also an avid beer drinker. His favorite was Milwaukee’s Best.

Frank is survived by his siblings, Vicki George and husband, Tom, Sharon Wilcox and husband Jay, and George Gray, all of Mannington, WV; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by two brothers, David Alan and Terry Wayne Gray.
