Donald Mark Mercer, 59, of Clarksburg passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at United Hospital Center. He was born January 18, 1964 in East Liverpool, OH, son of the late Franklin L Mercer and Ruth Lenora McKinney Mercer Lemasters.

Donald was a laborer for Nuell.

Donald is survived by his siblings, Jeff Mercer and wife Jackie of East Liverpool, OH and Carol Fabriele and John of FL; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Donald is preceded in death by one sister, Irma Jean Darquenne.
