Doloris Nan Rock

Doloris Nan Rock, 80, of Clarksburg, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 in Clarksburg.  She was born on April 6, 1944 in Summers, WV a daughter of the late Corbin Kyle Husk and Edna Snyder Husk.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John Rock whom she married on November 10, 1964.

She is survived by her son, Michael Eric Rock of Clarksburg; six grandchildren, Freddy Perry and Angel, Crystal Perry and Howard, Jeremy Perry and Amanda, Cody Haddix and Carrie, Mykah Rock, and Anthony Aiello and Misty; twenty two great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; her twin sister, Doris Husk, and other brothers and sisters, Betty Bartlett, Randy Husk and Sarah Mae Raken; sister-in-law, Judy Seamon; along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two children, Robin Renee Thompson and John Junior Rock.

Doloris was a graduate of Victory High School, class of 1963 and she was very active in her church at Summit Park Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and a Choir Director.  She enjoyed going to yard sales with her sisters-in-law, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her husband and family.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at the Summit Park Baptist Church at 1:00 PM for a memorial service being held by the family.  Following the memorial service a luncheon will be held at the Summit Park Fire Department on Saturday from 2-4 pm.
