Deborah “Debbie” Louise (Hartley) Lewis 69, formerly of Salem WV, went on to her heavenly home Monday, July 14th, 2025 in Topeka Kansas. She was born September 25, 1955 in Clarksburg WV, daughter of Louise and John Hartley.
Deborah is survived by her daughter Rena Blake and Husband Bill, four grandchildren; David Chipps and companion Beverly Morlock, Christopher Mayle, Ryan Hartley and companion Sydney Tingler, Richard Hartley and companion Katie Blair, three step grandchildren; Abigail Blake, William “Billy” Blake, Haley Blake all of Salem, five great grandchildren; Cayden, Easton, J.C, Lila-Grace and baby Hartley due in September, five step great grandchildren; Darion, Alexis, Adrianna, Niklaus and Rowan, five sisters; Janet Hartley, BJ Carper, Regina “Kay” Keith, Jennifer Patton, Beverly Stone, two brothers; Jimmy Mason, Jeff Mason, Debbie left behind her loving companion of 23 years, Frank Dennison.
Debbie is preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Lewis that passed in 1996, one sister Betty Keith and one brother Richard Hartley.
Debbie spent her life working as a glass maker at Salem Glass Factory, she was a dietary aid at Salem Personal Care Center as well as a homemaker. Debbie enjoyed being outside with her animals, she also loved spending time with her family and friends especially her grandbabies.
Upon her wished she was cremated. There will be a private interment at K of P Cemetery at a later date.
