Clifford Daniel Morrell, Sr., 55 of Morgantown passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at his residence. Clifford was born July 24, 1965 in Hartford, CT, son of the late Thomas William Morrell Jr and Ilse Angela Elizabeth Peter Firtion.

Clifford graduated Windsor High School, Class of 1985. He served his country in the United States Army. He retired as an engineer at the Naes Power Plant in Hartford, CT. He was a military police investigator for twelve years. His hobbies were cooking and having family get togethers and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, Clifford Daniel Morrell Jr, Windsor Lock, CT; daughters, Heidi Ahearn, Broken Arrow, OK, Julia Hisaw, Springfield, MA; several grandchildren; siblings, Bruce Morrell and Colleen, Newington, CT, Matthew Morrell, Suffield, CT, Shawn M Orrell and Kate, East Granby, CT, Carrie Ann Illies and Scott, Woodstock, GA; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
