Christopher Jason Kerns

Christopher Jason Kerns, 47, of Good Hope Community, passed away at home on Thursday, April 24, 2025.  He was born on April 19, 1978 in Buckhannon a son of Hilda Lorraine Kerns Ketterman and husband Terry of Buckhannon.

He is survived by one cousin, Ruth Hardway and husband Larry of Meadowbrook; and special friends, Joey Webb and Martha Saucer.

Christopher was a graduate of Buckhannon Upshur High School, class of 1996. After High School he went to the technical school where he studied welding. Christopher was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was a certified electrician.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, cutting grass and was a huge fan of NASCAR as well as the Davisson Brothers Band.
