Christopher Nelson Cunningham, 44, of Clarksburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Mon Health Medical Center. Born on April 3, 1981, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, Christopher was the beloved son of the late Carl Jackson Jr. and Sand Cunningham.

Christopher was a proud high school graduate whose heart was as big as his smile. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life—spending hours playing video games, casting a line while fishing, and showing a deep love and kindness toward animals. Known for his goofy sense of humor, Christopher had a way of bringing laughter into any room. He was loving, caring, and endlessly genuine, leaving behind memories that will forever warm the hearts of those who knew him.

He is lovingly remembered by his cherished siblings: Shayla Jackson, Jonathan Jackson, Austin Jackson, Carl Jackson, and Ian Knight, who will carry his spirit with them always.
