Charles "Charley" H. Brosius

Charles “Charley” H. Brosius, 57, of Jane Lew, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born on May 12, 1965 in Wheeling, WV a son of the late David Michael Brosius and Margaret Gay Moore Brosius who survives in Hepzibah.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Vanessa Martin Brosius.

He is also survived by three children, Charles “Charley” David Brosius and his wife Samantha of Kincheloe, Jarrod Brosius and his wife Jessica of Kincheloe and Ashleigh Sutphin and her husband Tyler of Buckhannon; seven grandchildren, Zoey, Kaleigh, Ella, Diesel, Ethel, Mia and Rebekah; one sister, Rhonda Lindsey and one brother, Michael Brosius; and a lifelong friend Robbie Steel.

Charley was a farm hand for the biggest portion of his life and he was also an auto mechanic and construction worker.  He enjoyed being outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and camping.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoying specially crafted drinks.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive Clarksburg, WV 26301, on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 3:00-7:00PM.  Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11:00 am with Pastor Doyle Puckett presiding.  Cremation services will be held following funeral services.
