Charles "Doc" Dolphia Patton

Charles “Doc”  Dolphia Patton, 79 of Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025 at his residence.  He was born on June 24, 1945 in Clarksburg, a son of the late Charles Richard Patton and Wanda Marie Shreve Patton Livingston.

Doc retired from Wholesale Tire. He enjoyed collecting cars and CB Radio’s. He enjoyed fishing and loved his dog Dolly.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Ellen Mason Patton whom he married on December 6, 1988; four children, Jennifer Collins and John, Grafton, Charles W Patton, Chesterland, OH, Cathleen Newbrough, Fairmont, Kevin Patton, Clarksburg; fourteen grandchildren; four siblings, Margaret Gunderson, Whiting, IN, Roberta Summar, Gary, IN; Kendall Wilson, Thompson, OH, and Robert Reed, Porage, IN; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Doc is preceded in death by his siblings, Shirley Dye, Mary Murphy, James Patton, and Vincent Patton,
