Charlene Tate Obituary

Charlene Lucy Tate, 72 of Clarksburg passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Clarksburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born March 4, 1946 in Clarksburg, WV; the daughter of the late Albert and Minnie Elaine Mazzei Patsy.

Charlene is survived by her two kids, Ronald Dean Tate of Clarksburg and Rhonda Tate of Myrtle Beach, SC; and two brothers, David M. Patsy and Albert William “Billy” Patsy Jr. both of Clarksburg.

In addition to her parents, Charlene is preceded in death by her sister Elaine Mihalik.
