Brenda Joyce Huff

Brenda Joyce Huff, 66, of Clarksburg, passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.  She was born on December 27, 1959 in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Howard Edward Huff and Emogene Mae Lowe.

She is survived by her son, Steffan Huff and fiancée, Kellee Davisson of Salem; three grandchildren, Scarlett Huff, Peyton Huff and Maci Huff; one brother Neal Huff and partner Kay Huff; her best friend Carol Ann Mayo.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Skylar Taylor.

Brenda was a graduate of South Harrison High School, Class of 1977, and also attended several colleges in the area. She was employed in housekeeping at Sharpe Hospital and worked as a medical assistant, where her caring nature and strong work ethic were evident to all who knew her. Brenda was loving, kind, and compassionate, with a wonderful personality that could brighten any room. She had a special joy for life and found her greatest happiness in spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved animals and truly treasured the time she shared with her friends. Brenda’s warmth, gentle spirit, and loving heart will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.  Brenda’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.

Family and friends will gather at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, for a Celebration of Brenda's life on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 from 4:00pm-6:00PM.
