Billy Earl Lott, Sr.

Billy Earl Lott, Sr., 69, of Mt. Clare passed away March 9, 2020 at United Hospital Center. He was born March 10, 1950 in Clarksburg, son of the late Sanford and Mabel Dorothy Hupp Lott.

Billy worked at Pepsi in bottling for many years. He also had previously worked at Sunset Memorial Park. Billy enjoyed fishing, hunting, and listening to country music. He liked to tinker, often working on small engines and cars. Billy also enjoyed watching westerns.

Billy is survived by two children, Billy Earl Lott Jr, and Elizabeth Ann Lott, Fairmont; two grandchildren, Kasi Renea Lott and Conner Mason Lott; five siblings, Linda (Blane) Cain, Spelter, Rosalee Wilmoth, SC, Kimberly Lott and Brenda Kincaid both of Lorain, OH, and Annabelle Martin, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Elizabeth Wright Lott on August 29, 2014; four siblings, Joe Lott, Charles “Poodle” Lott, Martin “Sonny” Lott, and Josephine “Polly” Wilson.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, on Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 2PM until time of Funeral Services at 7:00 PM with the Reverend Richard Settles officiating.
