Barbara Ellen Goodwin, 75 of Salem passed away on Wednesday, February 05, 2020 at Clarksburg Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born June 22, 1944 in Charleston, WV, daughter of the late Seabert and Wanda (Frame) Woodrum. Barbara was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, being outside and listening to music. Barbara is survived by her son, Charles Carder and wife Peggy, Remington, VA; two grandchildren, Phillip Dodson and wife Jennifer and Jennifer Taylor; three great grandchildren, Ryan, Alayna, and Chase. In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Charles Goodwin in 2010; siblings, Cecil, Helen, Virginia and Mary.
