Obituary

Arthur “Tiger” Winton Tyler, 58, of Charles Town, WV, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023. He was born on August 11, 1965 in Sweetwater, TN, son of the late Carl Tyler and Edith Marie Holden and Gene Hisey who raised him.

Tiger worked for Stucco and Painting for over forty years. He had a passion for music, was an outstanding drummer and an awesome brother. Tiger loved his family, enjoyed playing trivia and spending time with his best friend and sister Eadie. He was a precious soul with a heart made of gold. He was always willing to help others, even if that meant he went without.

Tiger is survived by his Fiancé, Michelle Skinner; one daughter, Haley Tyler of Martinsburg; one son, Cody Jones of Parkersburg; two grandsons, Austin Lyons and Mason Scot King; three siblings, Arlene Sipple of Port Richey, FL, Carla Wrinkle of Hudson, FL and Eadie Ramirez and companion Domingo Guillen of New Port Richey, FL; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Tiger is preceded in death by two brothers, William Bowles and Jeff Bowels.
