Arlis Avery Webb

 Arlis Avery Webb, 82 of Quiet Dell passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at his residence with family by his side. He was born August 6, 1938 in Bristol, WV, son of the late Harley and Mary Bramer Webb.  Arlis graduated from Bristol High School, Class of 1956. He served his country in the United States Army. He retired as a Glass Worker after thirty years working for Hazel Atlas, Continental Can, Brockway and Anchor Hocking. Arlis enjoyed, hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, going to yard sales and being outdoors. Arlis is survived by his wife Mary Lou Day Webb whom he married May 29, 1959; three children, Terri Jo Boyer and Ronald, Stonewood, Steve Webb and Sharree, Quiet Dell, Lisa Ables and Steve, Stonewood; three grandchildren, Craig Boyer, Allen Starr and Adam Starr; four great grandchildren, Logan, Lexi, Tanner and Dawson; one brother, Doran Webb, Wolf Summit; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Arlis was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Amanda Linton; three brothers, Dewain Webb, Dale Webb and Delano Webb. A Graveside Service will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens at 1:00PM on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 with Pastor Nathan Weaver officiating and the US Army Honor Guard of Camp Dawson and Harrison County Honor Guard.
