Angela Mary (Scalise) Rossano

Angela “Mary” Rossano, 89 of Bridgeport passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Salem Center. She was born February 17, 1931 in Lost Creek, daughter of the late Pete and Mary Ann Fabiano Scalise.   

Mary worked in the medical field for Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, CA before returning to Clarksburg. She was a member at All Saints Catholic Church.  Mary enjoyed watching Mass every morning on TV, eating out, doing crossword puzzles, and reading. 

She is survived by nieces and nephews, Anna L. Scalise of Stockton, CA , Mario Scalise and wife, Sally Krautner of  Napa, CA, Corey McGuire of Oakland, CA, Rose M. Johnson and husband, Scott of Alexandria, MN, Michael A. Wright and wife Judy, Lost Creek, James J. Wright and wife Holly, Farmington, and Joseph V. Wright and wife Aimee, Bridgeport.

In additional to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph “Joe” F Rossano on January 27, 2012; siblings, Rosaria “Rose” Scalise Stanz, Mike Scalise and Wedonna Scalise,

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Friday, July 3, 2020 from 10AM-12PM where Catholic Burial Rites will be held at 12:00 Noon with Father Chris Turner presiding.
