Mark Ernest Morton

Mark Ernest Morton, age 52 of Clarksburg, WV passed away on Friday, September 8, 2017 at United Hospital Center. He was born August 29, 1965 in Clarksburg, WV; the son of Shirley Morton and the late Haymond Morton.

Mark is survived by his mother, Shirley Morton of Clarksburg, WV; a daughter, Janae L. Morton of Mechanicsville, VA; a step-son, Steven Yadal of England; and a step-daughter, Nicola Yadal of England.

Mark was a U.S. Airforce Veteran and retired after 24 years of service. He worked as an intelligent Analyst in Germany. Mark was a Christian by faith. He also was a licensed pilot.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 2:00 - 8:00 pm; Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 11:00 am with Pastor Richard Settles, presiding. Interment will follow at Belington Fraternal Cemetery, where military honor will be accorded by the Barbour County Honor Guard and the Air Force Honor Guard.
