Irene A. Demastus

Irene A. Davis Demastus, age 83, of Salem passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017 at the Arbors of Marietta. She was born on June 1, 1933 in Stonewood, WV; the daughter of the late Edward and Nellie Lyon Davis.

Irene is survived by two children, Debra and James Riel of Salem, Pamela Bunch of Clarksburg; three grandchildren, Rick and Judy Nicholson, Jonathon and Rachelle Nicholson, Mikie and Jason Oldaker of Roanoke, VA; a sister, Naomi and Robert Andrews of Clarksburg, PA.

Along with her parents, Irene was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jim Bunch.

Irene enjoyed spending time with her family. She was Protestant by faith.

A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Tim Maxwell. presiding.
