Elizabeth "Betty" Anne VanHorn, age 88 of Holland, Michigan formally of Bridgeport, WV passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017 at Vista Springs in Holland, Michigan. She was born July 16, 1928 in Lisbon, ND; the daughter of the late John Wunder and Alma (Falk) Wunder.
Betty is survived by her two daughters, Heidi VanHorn of Holland, MI, and Wendy Bailey & her husband, Don of Milford, Michigan; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a sister, Judy Dees of Texas' several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by two brothers.
Betty retired after 37 years of service from Aeronautics Lockheed. She was a very active member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Clarksburg.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 4:00 - 8:00pm. Betty will lie in repose at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 1766 Milford St., Clarksburg on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am with Rev. Linda Muhly, presiding. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
