Carmel Ann "Donnie" Hart, age 93, of Daniels, WV, formerly of Bridgeport passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017 at her daughter's home in Daniels, WV. She was born May 3, 1924 to Amy and Michael Neville in Calhoun County, WV, the third of five children.
She was married for 54 years to Ed Hart of Clarksburg. She was a machinist during WW II, a telephone operator, a restauranteur, a caregiver and always a loving wife, mother, and friend.
Carmel is survived by her sister, Betty Montgomery, her children Marsha and Ed, her nieces and nephews and many friends she considered family.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Hart.
Per her request, she will be cremated; a memorial service will be held at a later date, sometime in the fall.
