Terry Sue (Bramer) Allen

Terry Sue Allen, age 69, of Anmoore, WV passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born October 17, 1948 in Clarksburg, WV; the daughter of the late Terrence Bramer and Loretta (Starr) Bramer.

Terry is survived by her husband of 49 years, Edward Milton Allen Sr. of Anmoore, WV; a daughter, Meredith McClain & her husband, Mark of Anmoore, WV; two grandchildren, Eric McClain and Bailey Levi McClain; three sisters, Mary Jo Nickoden of Georgia, Sharon Bramer Hall of Clarksburg, WV and Carol Bramer of Clarksburg, WV.

In addition to her parents, Terry is preceded in death by her infant son, Edward Milton Allen, Jr.; a niece, Cynthia Ann Goff.

Terry was a fireman for over 40 plus years for the Anmoore Fire Department. She was the first volunteer female fire chief in West Virginia. She was a member of the Anmoore Methodist Church, the Anmoore Town council recorder and the recreation Committee.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg Friday, February 9, 2018 from 3:00 – 8:00 pm; Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Davis Funeral Home on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Doug Joseph, presiding. Interment will follow at Marshville Baptist Church Cemetery.
