Roxann Spence Welsh

Roxann Spence Welsh, 57, of Shinnston passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2017. She was born July 4, 1960 in Tampa, FL; daughter of the late Dominick and Martha "Jean" Iquinta Spence.

Roxann is survived by her children, Catherine Jeannette Spence, Christopher Michael Hartley both of Shinnston; grandchildren, Camaron Michael, Ileeah Deanne, Talia Reese Moon; brothers, Carman and Becky Spence of Tampa, FL, James Spence of Clarksburg, WV; several nieces and nephews.

Roxann enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren at the park. She also enjoyed collecting fairies, scrapbooking, fingernail art and movie nights; especially, romance movies.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Sunday, July 16, 207 from 1:00pm until the time of service at 7:00pm with Pastor Dan Vaughn presiding.
