Peggy Lynn Sandy

Peggy Lynn Sandy, 59 of Bridgeport passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at United Hospital Center with family by her side. She was born August 25, 1959 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Walter Arthur and Clista Mae Hyde Sandy.

Peggy graduated from Bridgeport High School, Class of 1977.  She had worked at the Glass Barn, Meadow Gold Dairy, Town House Motor Lodge East, and Super 8.  She enjoyed watching soaps and loved spending time with her grandchildren.   

Peggy is survived by two children, Crystal Snider and Bobby Trimble Jr both of Bridgeport; six grandchildren, Klisty, Sevren, Jayce, Bobby III, Milee and Nikee; three siblings, Patty Drummond, Lost Creek, Richard Sandy and Doreen, Bridgeport, Janet Cumberledge and Eddie, Bridgeport;  several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her parents, Peggy is preceded in death by her companion of eighteen years, Charles Ira Riffle on April 17, 2019; one brother, Arthur Sandy; one brother-in-law, John Drummond. 

 Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Wednesday May 1, 2019 from 11AM until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Tom Horne presiding. Private Interment will be at Middleville Cemetery.
