Norma Jean McNemar, 81, of Fairmont, WV passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Pierpont Center at Fairmont Campus. She was born March 6, 1936; daughter of Chester DeVan and Ruby Katherine Jones McNemar.

She is survived by her friend Judy Brown.
