Loretta Jean (Simmons) McNemar

Loretta Jean McNemar, 68 of Clarksburg passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at her residence with family by her side.  She was born October 28, 1950 in Grafton, daughter of the late Charles Frederick and Phyllis Jean Mayle Simmons.  Loretta was a homemaker and her hobbies were crocheting, doing crossword puzzles, collecting anything with angles and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.  She is survived by her husband of twenty six years, Oscar Ray McNemar; six children, Melissa Sue Campbell and husband Ricky, Bridgeport, Richard Taylor, Nutter Fort, Margaret Taylor, Clarksburg, Allen McNemar, Lumberport, Jeremy McNemar, Clarksburg, Joshua McNemar and companion Angela, Lumberport; ten grandchildren, Aaron Taylor and wife Courtney, Brittany Hiler and husband Patrick, Abigail Taylor, Megan Leggett, Andrew Leggett, Noah Leggett, Brian McNemar, Joselyn McNemar, Isabella Ramsey, Benjamin Campbell; two great grandchildren, Gracelynn and Skyleigh; daughter-in-law, Amanda Lea Ball Leggett; Anmoore; two sisters, Patricia Dick and husband Larry, Bridgeport, Sue Spencer, Clarksburg; special cousin, Mike Davis, Flemington; like a daughter, Stacy Ball, Clarksburg; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Beverly Leggett; one son, Charles “Charlie” E Leggett; one granddaughter, Madison Ramsey; one sister, Kay Goldsburg. Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 3-8 pm; Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Davis Funeral Home on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 11:00 am with Pastor Tom Horne officiating.
