Lee Scott Stout

Lee Scott Stout, 67 of Clarksburg, WV went to be with Lord at his home in Clarksburg, with his wife by his side, on Sunday, May 27, 2018. He was born August 26, 1950, the son of Leatrice J. "Libby" Stout of Clarksburg and the late Perry G. Stout Jr.

In addition his mother, Scott is survived by his wife, Yvonne  (Retton) Stout; his daughter, Rachel Dawn Sharp; three grandchildren, Alexander Lee Hess Sharp, Madison Brooke Hess Sharp and Ella McKinley Hess Sharpe, all of Clarksburg, WV; one sister, Perry Bryan of Clarksburg; two nieces, Melissa Bryan of Clarksburg, Tamara Bryan of Morgantown and one nephew; John Bryan of Clarksburg.

Scott was a graduate of Washington Irving, Class of 1970. He was employed with National Machinery and then retired in 2013 from the WV DOH as a heavy equipment driver with 32 years of service. Scott enjoyed outdoor sports competitions, mechanical and machinery tinkering with his friends, time with his daughter and grandchildren, computers, tending  to his parent's country home and Friday night dinners out with his wife. 

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 11am-1pm. In lieu of flowers, dish gardens or houseplants would be appreciated and/or donations to People’s Hospice of Clarksburg, 300 Davisson Run Road, Clarksburg, WV 26301.
