Kenneth Wayne Brown, 76 of Parsons, formerly of Huntsville, AL passed away Friday, October 4, 2019 at Salem Center. He was born April 21, 1943 in Trezevant, TN, son of the Ernest Grady and Dorothy Mae Jones Brown. Kenneth served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Marconi Avionics as a quality control inspector. He enjoyed painting, collecting cars, guns, knives and fixing TV’s. He loved watching Bob Ross on Joy of Painting on PBS and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Delores Gail Sanders Brown of thirty five years; one daughter, Susan Clark and husband Darin, Scottsboro, AL; four grandchildren, Billy Sydnes, Naples FL, Stephen Sydnes, Peoria, IL; Cynthia Lovinggood and Shannon, Dallas, GA, Debbie Schoonover and Herbert, Parsons; seven step grandchildren; one brother, Ernie Brown and Sandy, CA; one sister, Linda Mann and Glenn, Hazel Green, AL. A Graveside Service will be held at the WV National Cemetery on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM where Military honors will be accorded by the VFW Memorial City Post #3081, American Legion Taylor County Post #12, Central WVA DAV Chapter 24, and their Auxiliaries, and the Honor Guard from Camp Dawson.
