Jeffrey was a 2017 graduate of Liberty High School.  He was actively involved in the North Central West Virginia Emmaus and Chrysalis Community and served on the Chrysalis Board of Directors. He enjoyed working with children through Celebration Place at Celebrate Recovery at Clarksburg Baptist Church and also through Harrison County Parks and Recreation’s Summer Program. He was quick to volunteer for missions projects, to serve anonymously, and to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Jeffrey was a devout follower of Jesus and an avid fisherman who especially loved trips to Bergoo, WV. He was also a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Affectionately known as Puzzles, he had a contagious smile and a gift for comedic timing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
