Iva “Blanch” Myers Greaver, 82 of Lost Creek passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at her residence. She was born October 5, 1937 to the late Delbert Ryle Myers and Laura Virginia Ables Myers.
Blanch was a homemaker that loved her flowers and enjoyed watching birds. She loved cooking, gardening, canning, and spending time with her family.
Blanch is survived by her son, Richard Greaver of Lost Creek; daughters, Debra Myers Summers and husband Michael of Clarksburg, Patricia Ann Maxwell and husband Kenneth of Lost Creek, Nancy Greaver of Lost Creek, Donna Greaver and Howard Riffle of Lost Creek, Rose Cokeley and husband Jerry of Worthington, Laura Cottrill and husband Joseph of Lost Creek, Lisa Harrison and husband Greg of Lost Creek, Linda Fultineer and husband Jesse of McWhorter, and Melissa Greaver of Lost Creek; twenty seven grandchildren; forty five great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sister, Lillian Crislip and Daryl Waters of Clarksburg; nephew, James Crislip of Clarksburg; niece, Shoney Myers of Clarksburg; several additional nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Blanch was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Americus Greaver and son, Darrin Greaver; one granddaughter; one grandson; and one son-in-law, Kenneth Scheuvront.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, Sunday, January 12, 2020 from 12 Noon to 6PM and on Monday, January 13, 2020 from 9AM until time of funeral service at 11:00AM with Pastor Gary Carr officiating. Interment will follow at Lost Creek Seventh Day Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to her Funeral Care Fund on her memorial page.
