Gordon Gump Obituary

Gordon Lee Gump, 79 of Mannington, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born January 15, 1940 in Fairview, WV; the son of the late Lawrence and Edna Powell Gump.

Gordon is survived by two sons, John Gump of Fairmont and Kevin Gump and wife Lisa of Mannington; three grandchildren, Misty O’Dell and husband Jeremy of Morgantown, Jessica Markley and husband Tom of Fairmont and Jordan Gump of Mannington; and four great grandchildren, Tyler Humphrey, Christian O’Dell, both of Morgantown, Jason Markley and Sammy Markley, both of Fairmont.

In addition to his parents, Gordon is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Lou Gump.

Per Gordon’s request, he will be cremated.
