GP was a very dear friend of my parents Harvey and Loree Irons. When he moved to Bridgeport I was able to visit him several times since my home in Morgantown was now only about 40 minutes from him. We had such fun talking about the Stanhope Road days, Penn State football games etc. that he enjoyed with my parents. These visits were so meaningful to me as both my parents are now deceased. He told me how much he liked his new home which was so nice to hear. I will miss him.

My condolences to the family. I'll miss his Christmas cards, I've enjoyed staying in touch with GP all these years. Prayers for you all during this sad time.

Dearest Underwood family-GP was a true gentleman and a true friend.Our family treasured his friendship for so many years.
