Charles "Charlie" Eugene Leggett

Charles “Charlie” Eugene Leggett, 49 of Anmoore passed away on September 23, 2018 at his residence.  He was born January 26, 1969 at Grafton City Hospital, son of Floyd Ray Leggett, Grafton and Loretta Simmons McNemar and her husband Oscar McNemar of Clarksburg.  Charlie belonged to the Local Carpenter and Labors Union.  His hobbies included hunting, camping, outdoors, beach with family, his WVU Mountaineers and NY Giants.  In addition to his father, mother and stepfather, he is survived by his wife Amanda Lea Ball Leggett of sixteen years; three children, Megan Nicole Leggett, Charles Andrew Leggett and Noah James Lee Leggett;  one step daughter Debbie Bennett ; three siblings, Melissa Sue Campbell and husband Ricky, Bridgeport, Richard Taylor, Nutter Fort, Margaret Taylor, Clarksburg; special nephew, Aaron Taylor, special great niece, Bralynn Murphy (Tornado); father-in-law and best friend, Donald Ball, Clarksburg; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by one sister, Beverly Leggett; maternal grandparents, Charles Frederick and Phyllis Jean Mayle Simmons; niece, Madison Ramsey; mother-in-law, Erma Kay Ball. Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 1pm until time of Funeral Service at 6:00pm with Pastor Tom Horne officiating.
