Betty Jean Williams Teets, 60, of Nutter Fort passed away Saturday July 7, 2018 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born September 30, 1957 in Morgantown, daughter of the late John Edward Williams and Naomi Gay Jenkins. Betty graduated from Liberty High School, Class of 1976. She was a secretary at the FBI Center for over ten years. She loved shopping, going to yard sales, flea markets and collecting antiques. She enjoyed cooking and her flowers. She is survived by her husband, Michael Edward Teets whom she married September 16, 2000; three sisters, Kimberly Jo Snopps and husband Gordon, Bridgeport, Kelley Joan McDonough and husband John, Fairmont, Robin Jenene Messenger, Bridgeport; one aunt, Betty Ruth Pigott, Lumberport; five nieces, Melanie, Crystal, Heather, Jessica, and Michelle; one nephew, Chad; one great niece, Reese. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Theodore Edward Wickes; brother, John David Williams on May 15, 2017; brother-in-law, David L Messenger, October 13, 2014. Family will receive friends at the Davis Funeral Home in Clarksburg on Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 11:00am until time of Celebration of Life service at 1:00pm with Pastor Paul Thompson officiating.
