Tammy Jo Syslo, age 51, of Clarksburg, passed away at her home on Friday, December 5, 2014.

Tammy was born on December 6, 1962 in Clarksburg, WV. A graduate of West Virginia College, she worked at Wal-Mart for many years becoming the
Lay-A-Way Manager there. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Cleophas Gerald Grimes; great niece, Chelsea Gibbs; grandmother, Rosemary Adams; grandfather, Gail Hardy.

She is survived by her husband, Micheal Andrew Syslo; children, Cory Micheal Syslo and companion Mariah Bellotte, of Clarksburg, Taylor Michelle Syslo and companion Dustin Carey, of Clarksburg, Gerald Andrew Syslo and companion Heather Johnson, of Shinnston; mother, Mary Lou Hardy Grimes; 2 grandchildren, Peyton Mauller and Rylee Bellotte; sister, Robin Bise, of Lost Creek; 2 nieces, Crystal Beighley and Brian, of Lost Creek and Shannon Hartnett and Robert, of Clarksburg; nephew, Mark Lundell, of Clarksburg; great-nieces and nephews, Jordan Lundell, Payton Beighley, Makylie Kendall, Isabella Hartnett, and Ethan Hartnett.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 2:00-8:00pm at Davis Funeral Home on Rt. 98 Clarksburg/Nutter Fort.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Settles, presiding.
