Sarah Helen Sawyers

Sarah Helen Sawyers, 78, of Weston passed away Monday, August 3, 2015 at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.

She was born December 21, 1936 in Harrison County; daughter of Harry Matthew and Florence Maude Myers Seibel.

Sarah is survived by her son, Dwight Matthew and Carol Sawyers of Weston; one sister, Mary Ellen Westfall of Weston; two brothers, John Henry and Linda Seibel of Lost Creek; Robert Guy Seibel of Clarksburg; four grandchildren, Dwight Allen and Sierra Sawyers, Kasey and Mike Bradley, Richard C. Parker, III and Erin Parker, Jessica Parker all of Weston; several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Junior Sawyers; one son, David Eugene Sawyers; one brother, Frank Seibel.

She was Baptist by faith. She worked thirteen years in Masterpiece Glass Factory of Jane Lew. She was a loving mother, wife and grandmother.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr, Clarksburg/Nutter Fort, on Thursday, August 6th from 3:00-8:00pm; funeral service on Friday August 7, 2015 at 1:00pm with Reverend Randy Hughes officiating. Interment will follow at Seventh Day Baptist Church Cemetery.
