Sandra Sue (Jackson) Knapp, age 76, of Fairmont, WV, formally of Bridgeport, WV passed away on April 7, 2015 at Fairmont Regional Medical Center. She was born on November 26, 1938 in Wetzel County, WV, the daughter of the late Carl Jackson and Pansy (Burdine) Jackson.
Sandra is survived by two daughters, Michele Knapp of Shinnston, WV and Lora Herron & her husband, Jeff of Fairmont, WV; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Dylan Herron and Jennifer Kristin Herron; brother, James Jackson of Parkersburg, WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick R. Knapp who died on December 16, 2007; a sister, Marilyn Jackson Wilson.
Sandra retired from the United States Postal Service after 20 years of service.
Graveside service will be held at a later date at Bridgeport Cemetery.
