Michelle Lynn Mollahan

Michelle Lynn Mollohan, 35, of Clarksburg, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family, after bravely fighting melanoma for 5 years. Michelle was born June 21, 1979 in Clarksburg, WV. She graduated from Lincoln High School, Class of 1997.
Left behind to cherish Michelle's memory are her son, Preston Chase Mollohan-Hardy; her mother and step-father, Evelyn and Joe Mileto; her grandmother, Betty Shaw; her brothers, Michael Mollohan and his wife Erica of Clarksburg, Robert Mollohan and his wife Anetta of Savannah, GA, and David Jr. and his wife Abby of Philadelphia, PA; her sister, Kimberly and her husband Trey of Clarksburg; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is also survived by her former husband, Patrick Elischer, and her long time companion, Chad Hardy.
Michelle was preceded in death by her father, David Mollohan Sr., her grandfather, Paul Shaw Sr., and her uncle, James Shaw Sr.
There are no words to explain how much she will be missed. She loved her family, especially her son, who she devoted her life to, and her young nieces, nephews, and cousins who adored her. She had a love of life that was contagious, and she taught everyone that when there is music, you dance. Her beautiful soul is now free, watching over us from above.

The family will receive friends at the Davis Funeral Home on Rt. 98 in Clarksburg-Nutter Fort on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 1:00pm -2:00pm at which time a Celebration of her Life will be held.

Michelle's wish was honored and her body was donated to science.
