Dolores Gay Custer

Dolores Gay Custer, 91, of Clarksburg, formally of Laurel Park, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Clarksburg Nursing and Rehab.
She was born February 21, 1925 in Tyler County; the daughter of the late Willard McCoy and Edna Louise Barker Lewis.
Dolores is survived by two daughters, Delores Gay and Ronald P. Haggerty of Laurel Park, Arlene L Ferrell of Clarksburg; two sons, Raymond Bruce and April Leah Custer of Clarksburg, Neal R. and Colleen Custer of Bridgeport; three grandchildren, Julie Ann and Keith Newlon of Nutter Fort, Ronald Paul and Paula Haggerty of Laurel Park, Cody Ryan Custer of Clarksburg.
Dolores worked at Bi-County Nutrition Center for many years. She was a member of the Sycamore Homemakers Club for 30 years. She loved flowers, cooking and her family. She was Methodist by faith.
Her family would especially like to thank the "C-Hall" nurses and aides of Clarksburg Nursing and Rehab for the love and care they provided to their mother for the past 6 ½ years.
A private service will be held by the family. Interment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
