Cynthia Rae Golden

Cynthia Rae Golden, age 63 of Shinnston, WV passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at her residence. She was born November 2, 1953 in Clarksburg, WV; the daughter of Harold Skidmore and Betty Stout.

Cynthia is survived by her fiancé, Edward Linn of Shinnston, WV; three daughters, Ashley Brooke Blair & her fiancé, Benjamin Herb of Langhorne, PA, Devin McLellan & her husband, Ryan McLellan of Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington and Rachel "Ramie" Golden & her husband, Alexander Weinstein of Clarksburg, WV; nine grandchildren, Drew Lucas Blair, Lily Reese Blair, Abigail Rose Blair, Callie Paige Blair, Kylie Rae McLellan, Gabriella Avea McLellan, Ashton Isaiah Nelson, Xavier Curtis Golden and Mitchell McLellan; a dog, Gypsy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Dean.
Cynthia was Methodist by faith; she was a mentor to several people. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 2:00 pm until the time of the service at 6:00 pm with Pastor John Stout, presiding. Cremation will follow the services.
