Audrey Maude Lanham

Audrey Maude (Dodd) Lanham, 73, of Bridgeport, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2014 at home following an extended illness. She was born in Mt. Clare, WV on March 13, 1941 the daughter of the late Linger Dodd and Ruth Price Dodd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Burl Leroy Lanham.
Audrey is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; Michelle Lanham Lyons and husband Ellis of Hedgesville, WV and two sons, Michael Kevin Lanham of Clarksburg and Matthew Lanham of Maryland; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren; one sister Shirley Lanham of Bridgeport and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one grandson; Mark Ricketts, Jr. and one granddaughter; Terri Katherine Lanham.
Audrey was a home maker, she was a member of the Red Hat Society and was very crafty. She was of the Baptist faith.
Family will receive friends at the Davis Funeral Home, Rt. 98, Clarksburg from 1:00-3:00pm Friday. Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel of Davis Funeral Home at 3:00pm Friday, July 11, 2014 with the Reverend Justin Lanham officiating. Private Interment services will be held.
