Abigail Catherine Coleman

Abigail Catherine Coleman, 13, of Salem passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Rt. 50 at Raccoon Run Road.

She was born February 14, 2003 in Oneonta, NY; son of the late Steve Ronald and Theresa Ann Doerrer Coleman.

Abigail is survived by six siblings, Julia and Ben Steese of Minerva, OH, Suzanne Coleman of Salem, OH, Patrick Coleman, Michael Coleman, Emily Coleman and her boyfriend, Emmanuel "Manny" Hess, and Timothy Coleman all of Salem, "adopted" sister and brother-in-law, Amber and Jesse Hildebrand, and there daughters, Lily, Emma, and Kaylee all of Salem; paternal grandparents, Ronald Hills and Marilyn Dombroski Coleman of Windsor, CT; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Along with her parents, she was joined in death by her brother, Paul Coleman; maternal grandparents, Bernhard A. and Madeline McDonald Doerrer.

Abigail loved going hunting, crocheting, and collecting name brand clothing. Her favorite singer was Josh Turner and she enjoyed watching "Little House on the Prairie".

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, Rt. 98, Clarksburg, on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 2:00-8:00pm, and on Monday, January 16, 2017 at the Nathan Goff Armory from 9am until time of service at 10:30am with Pastor Sheldon Martin, Pastor Roman Kauffman, and Pastor Dan Cope presiding. Interment will follow at the Saltwell Road Church Cemetery.
